"Black Out"

Being a native of the New York area I tend to live in black. Over the years, I've found new and innovative ways to do so. With the constant changing of trends, black never loses it's chic. I always tell people, when all else fails go with an all black look. Black conceals, and appeals. It can also easily be dressed up, or dressed down with just a few accessories.

I normally create my looks around one piece. For this look I began with this "Black Sheer Coobrith Baseball Jersey" by Black Scale, which I fell in love with on sight. This season is perfect to add a cool sheer statement piece to your closet. I paired this look right away with a "Black Crop Top" by Mike Vensel, which was the perfect underlay to show a bit of skin. For the bottoms, I added a pair of "Black Coated Denim Joggers" by Articles of Society, which were great because they were comfy and cute.

FInally, I added a few accessories to dress up the look. I added a long statement necklace from Haati Chai, my favorite studded heels from Melis Yildiz, a pair of blackout shades from Gentle Monster, and a chic leather knapsack from Intentionally Blank.
